It all began from the previous company name is PT Tri Satria Utama (TSU) 1978-2000 and starting from 11 may 2001, establishment new company name PT Chuhatsu Indonesia and the status of company was changed from domestic capital investment (PMDN) to foreign capital investment (PMA).

The company is one of group of companies owned by Chuo Spring Co. Ltd., Japan, located at Jl. Inspeksi Tarum Barat, Cibitung, Bekasi.

PT Chuhatsu Indonesia produces suspension spring (leaf spring and coil spring), precision spring, control cable, stabilizer for automotive, and customized spring.
